This workshop helps you look at your personal strengths and weaknesses and make a plan for improvement.  After completing this workshop you will be able to:

  • Recognize and remedy speaking weaknesses;

Manage Stress… and Stay Sane!
In this relaxed, interactive workshop, we look at:

  • What is stress?
  • What are some healthy strategies to battle stress?
  • What isn’t working for you?
  • Personal plans for managing stress.

Make Meetings Work for You!
Have you got the “meetings-are-too-long-and-boring-and-we-never-get-anything-done” blues?  I can help!  A little up-front planning, communication, and facilitation can turn listless meetings into lively discussions.

Laughter Really is the Best Medicine!
Although there may be many stressful moments and events in your life, you need to find time to laugh.  Look for joy and you will find it.  When you learn how to have a little fun in your day, you improve your health… and your productivity!

Medical research has shown that laughter is able to:

  • shut down "stress" hormones (while maintaining healthy hormones at a normal level—clever!);
  • reduce high blood pressure;
  • improve alertness, memory, learning, & creativity; and,
  • exercise over 400 muscles at one time!
